I formulate a marketing plan, including advertising, open houses,
notifying perspective buyers through various channels, getting other
agents interested in showing the property.

I KEEP THE SELLER INFORMED
REGARDING THE PROGRESS OF THE SELLING.
- I've been known to
have broker's open houses where I offer Greek homemade specialties, such
as Tyropita (cheese filled fillo pastry), Moussaka (eggplant and meat
with custard), Pastichio (macaroni and meat with custard), Greek Meat
Balls, Spanakopita (spinach pie), Dolmades (meat wrapped in grape
leaves). Needless to say, the agents come and stay for lunch!
- I also invite the
neighbors to come and see the home, usually at the second open house.
Often, the neighbors know perspective buyers who may be looking in the
area.
- I send
out flyers notifying agents of a new listing, or a change in the listing,
such as price.
- As I said, I work for you and it is the owner who governs
the number of open houses, time of showing, etc.
- The marketing is designed
to meet the seller's needs.
- I take pride in my work. I have a
lap top and a portable color printer, which I take with me everywhere.
I often set up my equipment in my client's homes so that we really don't
need to return to my office while looking for property.
- My clients can
reach me at my home, office, by pager, cellular phone, fax, e-mail, and
my own web page.
- As I said before, I am a full time professional realtor.
